Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

1.1.  We do not offer refunds or accept returns and/or exchanges except for damaged (at the point of delivery) or lost parcels.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@nollywoodvibes.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number].” 2.2. In your email, provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Return Shipping

3.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item. 3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, and we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 4.2. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

5. Exchanges

5.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

6.1. In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@nollywoodvibes.com with the subject line “Damaged/Defective Item – [Your Order Number].” Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item for prompt assistance.

7. Cancellations

7.1. Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
